VX Uganda

VX started in Uganda in 2012 thanks to the vision of Robert Bakaze, the 'father of VX in Africa.'  Robert contacted VX and the Federation sent Craig and Paul over to help Robert launch VX in Uganda.  This centred round the Makerere University.  Whilst there Paul and Craig ran introduction sessions, ran the first coach qualification sessions and ran the first African Nations Tournament for the students from different African countries.  We also held meetings with Craig and Paul to establish VX Uganda as an affiliated National Governing Body.

A message from the patron of VX Uganda, Mr Isaac Ssekamwa
